Dance in detail
The stiffening agent is called Paverpol and is a new product from Holland. Artstraws distribute it in the UK. It works with all natural fibres and can turn fabric into something that is hard enough to drill and sand. A true textile sculpture.
Unseen
Larger than life size wire and fibreglass construction. Paverpol fabric stiffener, hand dyed fabrics, found objects and hand stitching. All about how Middle aged women are perceived in society - there but not really seen. What society sees is anonymous, but what we really are is complex and full of experiences and emotions.
