Masks inspired by Prokofiev’s score for the ballet Romeo and Juliet. Created with extruding and laminating techniques from Friendly Plastic, fabric and thread.
Wintermask
Lacework Friendly Plastic extruded and laminated with layers of chiffon and net. Long dangly drops covered with tiny hand made FP beads and cut out chiffon and net.
Fire Bag
Chiffon and Friendly Plastic with machine embroidery using the Pfaff 2140
GLORY BAG
Designed using on the computer, printed onto Romeo cold water stabiliser, free machined (Pfaff 7570) and hand stitched.
